Name of subject: Haulage Systems in Mines
Instructors: Dr Ivica Ristović
Status: Optional
ECTS: 6
Prerequisites: -
Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to familiarize and study all types of transportation systems (continuous, discontinuous and combined) that are used for transport and export in underground exploitation of mineral deposits.
Learning Outcomes: Practical knowledge of the student in practice to design, plan and manage transport systems in the underground exploitation of deposits of mineral resources.
Content:
Theory teaching
TRANSPORT SYSTEMS IN THE UNDERGROUND EXPLOITATION OF MINERAL RAW MATERIALS: General information on transport systems, Technical-technological parameters of transport systems, Continuous transport systems, Discontinuous (cyclic) transport systems, Combined transport systems, Automation and management of transport systems in underground exploitation of mineral resource deposits, Reliability of transport system, selection and dimensioning of transport systems, technical-economic optimization of transport systems.
Practical teaching
In practical exercises and work on study researches, the student will master the dimensioning of transport systems in the underground exploitation of mineral resource deposits using the appropriate software Helix, Talpac and Xeras.
